Wiesław Marczak
Honorary Chairman
Wiesław Marczak is the founder and creator of Z.Z. MAROPAK, one of Poland’s leading manufacturers of plastic packaging. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology, and has utilised his technical knowledge and entrepreneurial experience from the very beginning to build and develop the company.
The company’s origins date back to 1972, which forms the foundation of Maropak’s many years of experience and its stable position on the domestic and European markets. Thanks to a consistently pursued vision for growth, the company has strengthened its position in the plastics processing industry over the years.
Under the leadership of Wiesław Marczak, the company has developed modern production and technological facilities, including advanced systems for the manufacture and decoration of packaging tailored to the individual needs of industrial customers.
A key element of the operations was building an organization based on high standards of quality and production safety, as well as a long-term approach to the development of the company’s technology and capabilities.

Dagmara Szaranowicz
Chair of the Management Board / Managing Director
Dagmara Szaranowicz is responsible for the strategic management and development of Maropak. She gained her professional experience as a marketing strategist, carrying out projects for large companies and brands in the FMCG and financial sectors.
At Maropak, she helps to shape and implement the company’s development strategy, focusing on the modernisation of production and the implementation of cutting-edge technological solutions.
One of the key areas of her work is the automation and robotisation of production processes.
She has been actively developing the company for over ten years, combining the experience of a family business with a modern approach to management and production technology.

Piotr Kowalczyk
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board / Production Director
Piotr Kowalczyk is responsible for the organisation and development of production processes at Maropak. He has been involved in the manufacturing sector and plastics processing since the start of his professional career.
His technical expertise and practical approach to production management ensure the stability of production processes and the high quality of the packaging produced.
In his day-to-day work, he is also involved in developing the skills of the production team and training new staff.
As a result, Maropak’s production team consists of experienced specialists who ensure the stability and continuous improvement of production processes.

Danuta Januszczak
Finance Director
Danuta Januszczak holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has over 25 years’ professional experience. She has developed her knowledge and skills primarily within manufacturing companies, giving her a thorough understanding of how industrial enterprises operate.
At Maropak, she is responsible for managing the company’s finances and supervising the work of the accounting and financial reporting team.
She oversees the implementation of the company’s financial policy, ensuring its financial stability and liaising with financial institutions.
