State-of-the-art machinery for decorating packaging

At Maropak, printing on plastic packaging is carried out using specialist machinery designed for decorating plastic packaging. This enables us to handle both standard production runs and projects requiring high-quality reproduction of graphics.

We currently have the following equipment in operation at our plant:

  • 3 screen-printing machines for plastic packaging;
  • 1 screen-printing machine designed for printing on flat items, such as caps;
  • 2 production lines for decoration using heat transfer technology.

This technological infrastructure enables us to carry out packaging decoration projects for manufacturers across a wide range of sectors, including the cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and food industries.

SUPERVISION OF PRINTING TECHNOLOGY

The following person is responsible for the development and quality of printing processes at Maropak:

Piotr Leszczyński

Head of the Printing Department

Piotr Leszczyński is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, where he completed a degree in computer-aided design at the Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering. He specialises in computer-aided design techniques and methods of numerical structural analysis

At Maropak, he is responsible for the organisation and development of the plastic packaging printing department. He oversees processes relating to packaging decoration technologies, including screen printing and heat transfer printing, ensuring production stability and the high quality of the prints produced.

He has over 25 years’ experience in the plastics processing industry. Thanks to a combination of technical knowledge and many years of production experience, he supports the development of printing technology at Maropak and the implementation of projects requiring high precision and repeatability.
